About Us
M.T.J. Holiday Services is owned by husband and wife team, Mark and Tracey Whitaker. We are based in the small village of Daya Nueva on the Costa Blanca, south of Alicante. After a number of years of being a home owner in Spain, yet still living and working in the U.K. we have experienced our fair share of inadequate and poorly managed property service companies. At times we had been let down and were financially out of pocket. So eventually with our love and passion for the real Spain we moved here and decided to provide a professional and dedicated service for people who require a friendly and helpful hand in all aspects of property management. Our past professional experience, Tracey being an operations director in a blue chip company and Mark as a manager in a service related industry, we appreciated the importance of putting the customer first and meeting all of your needs.
