Full clean and Laundry service, including midweek change if required. We also perform a full property inspection on your guests departure. A variety of welcome packs, and gifts for special occasions:
Take the hassle out of rushing to the shops when you arrive late evening, or early morning. We will supply you with a welcome pack tailored to your needs. For the special occasions in your loved ones life, we can supply on request chocolates, champagne and anything else that may make your holiday a memorable one. Meet and Greet:
This is for guests who either make their own travel arrangements, or require an orientation tour of the property and local area.
At this meeting we would provide contact numbers in case of emergencies’ or mishaps. Collection Service:
Your guests can be collected from local airports, train or bus stations. This is a pre-booked service and all of your guests must supply full names and passport numbers. Unoccupied security and maintenance checks:
During any time of unoccupancy a regular check will be made on security including doors, alarms, locks windows and shutters. Also any leaks or problems will be dealt with immediately Caretaking and Maintenance service:
All maintenance and general up keep i.e. painting and decorating carried out on your property will be undertaken by qualified tradesmen, who we have sourced locally and over the years built up an excellent working relationship with. We also liaise with urbanisation representatives and community maintenance companies.
