The La Zenia Apartments are ideally placed for the perfect family beach holiday, with amenities and entertainments all close by. The La Zenia Apartments are situated 100mtrs from the beach and 5kms south of Torrevieja, 30mins from Murcia San Javier and 45mins from Alicante airports.

Also situated in the La Zenia apartments is a children’s play park, large swimming pool, with children’s pool, and Jacuzzi. A life guard is present in the summer months for you and your children’s safety. There is also a quite shaded patio area with benches for your comfort.

Out and About In the La Zenia Area

For the sports enthusiast or the people with mind willing but body not, The La Zenia area offers a great many activities from slow steady walks along the white sandy beach to full blown workouts in a local gym.
La Zenia is an ideal base for all you golfers out there; it is a short drive to 3 of the best courses on the Costa’s, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Also within 30mins drive there is the world famous La Manga club and La Finca club.


La Zenia apartments are minutes walk away from 2 blue flag beaches, which is an internationally recognised award for sand and water quality.
Tennis courts are available, and are only a short walk away in the Orihuela Costa Resort. Local bike hire and car hire are also available locally.
Go-karts at the Orihuela Costa track is a short walk away offering children and adult karts, also paint balling and other activities. They have a restaurant that serves daily menu meals.

All of your gastronomic delights are catered for in La Zenia with a fantastic array of inter-national restaurants, from local tapas bars to fine dining in exclusive eateries, also not forgetting the kids’ burger bars and American diners, with live entertainment all year round.

For the more adventurous of you a local bus service runs from La Zenia, to all the local towns such as Alicante, Torrevieja and San Javier also down to La Manga and further on to the historic city of Cartagena. These are typical Spanish towns with rambling streets and hidden gems hiding in back streets.

Torrevieja has a large weekly market where bargains are to be had and also a large seafront flea market that has leather goods, local pottery, merchandise and local art at reasonable prices. Or why not take home a unique portrait of yourself, painted by a street artist, or a caricature to amuse you and your friends.

In the summer months Torrevieja has a large fun fair, in the marina where all the familiar rides can be found. As well as bumping boats and moon shot catapults.

For those of you who are seeking thrill, speed, and excitement on their holidays, the Aquapolis water park is situated in Torrevieja and has a number of great and scary slides including the Kamikaze. A perfect day out for all the family with swimming pool and Jacuzzi to relax in after all the excitement. Also a restaurant on site so you don’t have to leave the park to find a quick snack.

More activities and adventures found near by include horse riding, beach sports, the Torrevieja and Santa Pola salt lakes where flamingos are regular visitors. There is also a Zoo between Santa Pola and Elche, with a sea lion show and a small train with a guide to show you around the park. Don’t forget you’re bathing costumes as there is also a small water park there for you to relax after your tour.
